This is the milk, cheese and eggs shop. We track inventory so if we have it or can make it, you can order it. Remember, there is aging time required for the Gouda (3 mo), Cheddar (6 mo) and Parm (6 mo – 1 yr). There is a bit of lead-time on the Farmer’s Cheese made-to-order and the Cheese Spread, 2-5 days.
All of these items must be pre-paid and pre-ordered. And we have limited quantities.
