Recipe Ideas:
For dipping oil add 1 tablespoon spice mix, 4 oz of olive oil and 1 teaspoon vinegar. Mix well.
For salad dressing, add 1 tablespoon spice mix, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon vinegar to a bottle and shake well before use. For best flavor, mix at least 2 hours before using.
For the perfect Italian tomato sauce, saute 3 cloves fresh garlic, 1/4 cup chopped onion, and 1 tablespoon spice mix for 6-7 minutes. Add 32 ounces of pureed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon sugar (optional) and 1/2 cup white wine. Stir in salt to taste, usually about 1/2 teaspoon. Add cracked black pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
